Hello guys! It is that time of the month again, wherein I share to you all the things I did for the month of April. This is my second time doing a monthly wrap-up, so if I am doing this wrong, I am sorry.
Let us start with my monthly social media goals.
I am quite happy that I reached my goal for my bookstagram account earlier in the month. The number kept fluctuating, but at least it stayed in the 400 mark. Thank you so much if you happen to follow me there!
As for the blog, I think I still need 8 people to reach my goal, but that is OK! I am still glad that there are more people checking out my blog. Thank you!!!
Last but not the least, Twitter. The fluctuation is strong with this one. Still, Thank you again for the follow guys!
Moving on with what I read for this month!
I managed to read 4 books! Which is not bad!
Sanctum by Madeleine Roux ( Asylum #2)
Love & Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch
Summer Days and Summer Nights : Twelve Love Stories Edited by Stephanie Perkins
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling
So just click on the book titles, if you are interested to read my thoughts in regards to those books.
Aside from the weekly book reviews, I also managed to share three Author’s Echo to you guys.
Although this coming month, I decided to alternate posting Author’s Echo with the tags I have to do.
On the other side of the spectrum. This month is also the release of the new mobile game Harry Potter : Hogwarts Mystery which I downloaded, but still haven’t played. The last week of April was such a busy week, up until now, so I am hoping to at least open that app and play a bit.
I also fell down the hole of binge watching Shane Dawson‘s Youtube videos. Ah,just love it!
Now, new month and new books to read! I am so excited! Here are the books I am planning to read for the month of May:
I am currently in a book buying ban. I just mentioned that I had a busy week? Well, I also bought six preloved books to cope with the stress. (If you are following me on Instagram, you might remember those books) I also had a the most annoying book hunt ever. I was looking for Where She Went and HP #5 physical copies. We went to 4 different bookstores and still no luck. (Correction, total of 6 bookstores according to le bf) But I am not going to give up. I will find those copies, and I will buy it!
You made it! Thank you for reading this long post.
What do you think of my May TBR? Do we have any books in common? Let me know.
Thank you so much for reading and as always, I’ll talk to you on my next blog.

I read the Da Vinci Code a while ago and enjoyed it. I too am constantly on a book ban but keep finding ARCs to read. I need to get reading I’ve just come out of a weird slump

I think I read it once before I watched the movie, but I can’t recall most of what happened.🤔
I decided to stay away from ARCs at the moment. I still have at least 15 books I need to read in my shelf, so I better tackle those before going back to requesting books.😂

I always mix things up! I remember some scenes but I can’t point out if it is from Inferno, The Da Vinci Code or Angels and Demons.😣

I need to hit my local bookstore for preloved books. He sells paperbacks for a £1. He loves epic fantasy but not such a collector of YA or fantasy/romance.

I rarely see YA books at our local book store that sells preloved books.🤔 The prices usually depends on the condition of the paperback book.
